Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episode III premieres Sunday, Dec. And like every episode of Robot Chicken, if a particular sketch doesn't work for you, just wait five seconds because there will be another three that'll make you burst out laughing. Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episode III is a must-watch for any Star Wars fan, or anyone who has even the slightest knowledge of its existence. In addition, Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episode III features new guests like Zac Efron ( High School Musical), Donald Glover ( Community), Mike Henry ( The Cleveland Show) and Anthony Daniels voicing the droid he made famous, C3PO.

Without giving too much away, if you wanted to see the further adventures of Prune-Face (AKA: Orrimaarko, a character with two seconds of screen-time who still, improbably, had an action figure), you're in luck!Ĭlick+on+good+ol'+Prune+Face+to+see+more+images+fromRobot+Chicken:+Star+Wars+Episode+III All the usual suspects are back to provide voice talent, including series creators Seth Green & Matthew Senreich, Breckin Meyer ( King of the Hill), Donald Faison ( Scrubs), Seth MacFarlane ( Family Guy), as well as Billy Dee Williams and Ahmed Best voicing the characters they portrayed in the original films: Lando Calrissian and Jar-Jar Binks. Look for answers to those burning questions: How exactly did Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru's home get destroyed? What were Orders #1-65? And what happens when Darth Vader needs to take a crap? The episode gets heavy-hitters like Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Darth Vader involved, but more importantly, it continues the inspired Robot Chicken tradition of spotlighting D-list Star Wars characters as well. But other than that, it's a free-for-all and no scenario, location or character is off limits. While the special covers all six movies in no particular order, there is some semblance of a narrative in that The Emperor's tale book-ends the show. The Emperor's impatience with every single person he deals with is hysterical and Boba Fett's thirst for revenge knows no bounds. Those guys are colossal a-holes and both get plenty of chances to spread their particular brand of sunshine over the Lucasverse. What's also impressive is that the creators continue to hone-in on what made the previous specials so great, focusing much of their attention on break-out characters like Emperor Palpatine and Boba Fett. When you realize how much work goes into stop-motion animation, that's pretty impressive, considering it's four times as long as a normal episode of Robot Chicken.
